Mrs. Sherly Williams Patterson holds a Bachelor of Education (Hons) in Special Education and a Master of Education (Hons) in Special Education, along with 17 years of experience in the field, Mrs. Patterson’s educational background motivated her to start this organization. She is a board-certified Inclusive Education Specialist through the American Academy of Special Education Professionals (AASEP) and a member of the National Association of Special Education Teachers (N.A.S.E.T).

As a Caribbean national and the founder of the company, Mrs. Patterson has personally witnessed and experienced the challenges faced by our most vulnerable population. This first-hand knowledge drives her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with special needs.
